Estimated Delivery time:
If the item is in ready stock, it will be delivered in 3-5 days from the order date. If item is not in stock, then we will make that item for you and it will be delivered to you once we discuss about it. However, most of our orders are delivered in 8 to 10 days depending on the size of the piece. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time which we will let you know once we receive all the details. Shipping Charges:
All domestic orders are shipped free of cost in even remotest parts of India.

Tracking of Orders:
E-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment is dispatched from our warehouse, we will also share a copy of POD and an online link from where you can track your parcel. Each order will be shipped only to a single destination address.

We only use professional courier companies for safe and fast shipping with courier tracking facility.

No Hidden Costs:
There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include applicable GST.

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. With the help of Reputed courier companies. We deliver orders outside India in 7 to 10 days. Additional charges for international delivery will be charged and discussed with the client before the sale. Tracking details will be provided within 24 hours of dispatch of order.

We believe in offering superior quality designs and products but there could be circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will happily refund the money or exchange with other items of the same or higher price that are listed on www.hybajewels.com. The difference in the amount and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Even if you are unhappy with the purchase decision and wish to return the jewellery piece you can do so, we will provide you with a credit note of the same amount. Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Kindly note that we will inspect the item before refund / exchange and refund / exchange will take place only under the following conditions

  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in the original box with our invoice.
  • The products should be new and in unused condition with the tag attached to the product. It should not have any scratches, marks or damage with all the original packaging and materials included. If by any chance, we find that the tag is removed we will not accept the refund and credit note will not be issued.
  • If the item has been resized, altered or damaged we won’t be able to offer the exchange and will have to return it to the customer at the customer’s expense.

In case of ring size replacement, we will ship the desired ring size. One way shipping cost has to be borne by the customer.
Steps to follow to exchange our product

Steps to follow to exchange / refund our product:

  • Drop us an email at support@hybajewels.com or Call us at +91 70211 09613. Expect a response from us within 24 hours.
  • Pack the product and courier it to our address with the original gift box. It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packed and the gift box should be with a protective cover or bubble wrap so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
  • In case of ring size replacement, we will ship the desired ring size. One-way shipping cost has to be borne by the customer.

NOTE:
Credit note will be given only after we receive the product and that too in original condition in which we had sent. If we found that product has been used/tampered/ mishandled, then we will not exchange and send product back at your expense.

  • We do not have COD option.
  • We do refund money, we can certainly discuss with the customer at the time of placing the order about the refund policy and if both the parties come to a specific conclusion we can refund the money, it depends on case to case.
  • For international orders we will deal case to case.
