We are really excited to offer shipping around the world. We are currently offering shipping on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure the payment of import duties in order to release your order from your respective country’s customs on arrival. We do not offer free return shipping for international orders.
International Shipping and Handling Times:
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (ie Monday – Saturday). Some orders, such as personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer. International deliveries could take anywhere from 5-10 business days depending on the country and customs procedures on arrival.
We’re continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In this case, we’ll notify you of this delay immediately.
You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with an Airway Bill Number.
You can pay via all major international VISA, AMEX, or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our international payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are not included.
International Return Policy:
We are happy to offer a 15-day international return policy (with store credit/exchange only) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. The only exception is for Personalized items, these items are FINAL SALE ONLY.
To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following: Hyba Jewels India.
- Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- Email us at email@example.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.
Please note that we currently do not offer free shipping on international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes, and fees.

We are sorry, but at the moment, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders. To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice.
